Know Hope Records is an independent record label based in Philadelphia, PA. Started in 2015 by friends with a shared passion for all things music, Know Hope is a labor of love. Our tastes are all over the map — we strive to put out music that we love and we are passionate about each and every release that we work on. We work with our roster to provide them with support in any way that we can.

» DO YOU ACCEPT DEMOS / WILL YOU SIGN MY BAND?
If you would like us to check out your band, please email us some info about your band, your tour history, and links to your music to email@example.com & the subject: [my band's name] demo submission. Please send links to high quality streams (Bandcamp, Soundcloud, etc.). PLEASE DON'T EMAIL US ATTACHMENTS. More than likely, we will delete your email if you send us attachments. We try to listen to every link we are sent, but please be patient about getting a reply. We simply can’t reply to everyone. If we’re interested in working together, you’ll definitely hear from us.
» DOES KHR OFFER INTERNSHIPS?
Know Hope has an intern or two on occasion. If you’re interested in interning, please email your resume to firstname.lastname@example.org and tell us a little bit about yourself. Really, just give us an honest representation of who you are and what you’re into.
» WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING RATES AND POLICIES?
We ship all of our packages through the United States Postal Service, and all prices and shipping regulations come directly from USPS. First-Class Mail is available for packages under 13 oz, but anything heavier than 13 oz. must be shipped USPS Priority mail which is obviously more expensive. Media Mail is available only for orders containing exclusively ‘media’ (CDs, vinyl, cassettes — not apparel). All orders shipping outside the United States are shipped via International First-Class unless they are over 4 lbs, in which case they will ship via International Priority. All postage rates are calculated by the USPS.
» HOW OFTEN DO YOU MAIL OUT ORDERS?
We're a small team of people here, so generally speaking, we ship most items within three business days of receiving an order (exceptions being if we are waiting on more stock, if you’ve ordered multiple items and one is a pre-order or not in stock or what you’ve ordered is a pre-order).
» WHY IS INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING SO EXPENSIVE?
We’re aware that international shipping is expensive, and that’s a bummer. We do our absolute best to keep shipping rates as low as possible.
» QUESTIONS ABOUT YOUR ORDER?
Upon placing an order with us you should immediately receive an email from us with your order details (check your SPAM folder if you can’t find it). Once we ship your order you’ll receive another email containing a USPS tracking code which you can use to track your package via the USPS website. If for some reason you do not receive an email, let us know at email@example.com.
Downloads are emailed immediately as part of your order confirmation email. If you can't find this email upon successfully placing an order with us, be sure to check your SPAM folder! Immediate downloads are only available for albums that Know Hope Records has released. Distributed titles include a download code inside the record sleeve. Downloads for albums that are pre-orders are not sent until on or just before the album's street date.
If your order was damaged during shipping, or otherwise, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number. Please be sure to include photos and/or videos showing the damage. We will try our very best to correct the issue for you.
» WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE/CANCELLATION POLICY?
If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with the contents of your order, and they are not visibly damaged or worn, you may send them back to us for a full refund. Initial shipping costs, and costs to ship the package back to us cannot be refunded. If you would like to return the product you ordered and exchange it for a different product of the same value, we will be happy to do that for you. However, we will have to ask that you pay for the shipping costs to return the original package, and to ship the new one.
If you would like to cancel your order at any time prior to it being shipped, send an email to email@example.com with your order number, and we will cancel and refund your order.
